Bug description: I dont get any heals from Heart Strike, no mater how long i try it.
Proof: Can't make any video to show proof, but its easy to test, just agro a mob and spam heart strike and you will get no heal.

I just tested it on broken isles mobs and trash packs in dungeons . Blood Feast is indeed healing me , try re-equiping your weapon.
