Bug description: stag for m should like travel form on move speed At ground but right now its not it to much slower at ground

lol work fine with to much slower then Travel from on ground they should be same speed

Both forms should scale with your ground riding skill level.

At the moment only travel form does (100% at max).
Stag has just the flat 40% at the moment which is the sandard value if you have no riding skill learned.

Also, stug form and travel should be the same only that stag form will not turn you in flying mode in designated zones.
