Bug description: item required doesnt drop from boss - https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=146680&&name=melandrus-star-touched-bracers - this item should appear in inventory once u killed the boss and then use the item and interact with the body of the boss to create the quest item required (same quest mechanics as for https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=46679&&name=the-thread-of-shadow - this quest works)

i cleared the dungeon and killed the boss on both heroic and m0 and nothing happened.

this quest works only partially as i can gather the stuff needed, my quest log shows me that the quest is ready to turn in however i cant complete quest at the npc. Did it once abandoned it did it again, tried clearing cache disabling any addons but same thing happens.

this doesnt work as well same as with the cos quest just finished it right now
