WoW Freakz spell link: Strafing Run
Bug description: This trait makes phoenix flames jump to 2 additional targets, however those additional hits should not trigger heating up. Currently they do, meaning if phoenix flames hits at least 2 targets it gives a hot streak proc (because the spell always crits) and it shouldnt. Only the initial hit should grant a heating up charge.
Proof: At 1:15, clearly seen. 2 mobs alive, has no heating up charges on him or hot streak. Launches phoenix flames, gains only 1 heating up charge.

It's hard to see at that timestamp whether his Phoenix Flames even chains at all, cause of the amount of visual effects happening.

Lol...what? What is hard to see, he has no heating ups or hot streaks on him, his fire blast has 0 charges and he launches his last phoenix flame on those 2 slimes, and gets 1 heating up. Play video in slow motion

The exact moment where it happens is between 1:16 - 1:17 and there is no way the phoenix flame didnt chain to 2nd target the slimes are literally one next to each other. If you need another example check 9:10 too, identical situation.

Just to clarify something about the first timestamp, though:

All you see is that he uses 2 spells.

He had 1 heating up charge before phoenix flames hit, so it didn't have the chance to generate 2 procs even if it could.

You couldn't see the Phoenix Flames spell chain between targets, cause of the amount of stuff going on there, so you couldn't even be sure he had the talent.

That is NOT proof for the mechanic of a spell.

Confirmed.

Phoenix Flames should not proc Heating Up on any targets other than the first one it hits.
