Bug description: Actually, nothing happens. There should be an event ( https://youtube.com/watch?v=T2nOMO5OPdE:

) but this does not take place. Nor does any target nearby provide credit.

Proof: See the number of people that have completed it according to the WoW Freakz database; 0. In other words, completely incompletable.
