Bug description: Yesterday I got that legendary item on my arcane mage. When I started using it, I noticed that the item was not working as it should. Then, when testing this item, it turned out that the chance to launch an orb with 4 charges and without them is the same (although at 0/4 charges, the chance to launch an orb is 0%). Most likely, the mechanics of arcane charges, as well as the chance of launching an orb, don't work properly. Please, fix the mechanic of this item.

i can confirm this, the chance is clumsy. at 4 charge should be 40% and when I run a whole dungeon sometimes just 1-2 proc.[/img]

Confirm. It is BIS legendary for many encounters (mythic keystones and aoe bosses in raids). Would be great to see it fixed soon.
