[REJECTED] Time-Lost Proto Drake - Missing Spawn

Bug description:
The Time-Lost Proto-Drake is no longer re-spawning after server restart or Server Crashes


Proof:
On the NPC-Finder in Wow-Freakz it states to have 7 spawns but yet still no proto-drake. I've waited for 6 server restarts and during some server crashes to attempt to look for the drake on all the spawn locations but yet to find one . I've asked a couple GM's on what to do and they stated that the Drake is on the floor and not flying. I've ran around the area at least 30 times and wasted a good 1 hour each server restart attempting to look for the majestic Time-Lost on hopes to claim one of my favorite mounts in WoW.
