Bug description: When we kill Lyndras he doesn't drop the quest item (also a lot of player have told me the quest is bugged but i didn't see the report, so here i am)
Proof: He didn't drop the quest item so idk what to show (?)

i cant even loot the pprison key , i did it like 10 times in nm and hc mod . i dont know what should i do !!!
every time , i killed the last boss but there is no key .

It has 30% drop chance, it dropped for me after 3 runs of heroic.
