Item Name & ID: Blood of the Unworthy ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=147080&&name=blood-of-the-unworthy ) ( it was 935 warforged relic from 2nd boss ToS for hunter MM spec, i even equipped it but still disappeared )
