[DUPLICATE] Legionfall United - Last Class Hall upgrade

Bug description: The last class hall upgrade for all of the clasess "Legionfall United" it seems it doesnt work, i have not recieved a double ap gain from any of the AP items gained thru missions or just world quests, i had the last class hall upgrade so far for like 2 to 3 weeks and i havent seen it proc a single time after using an AP item... thanks for any kind of help/answer in advance
