Bug description: Bonestorm doesnt work if you use it during Anti-Magic Shell.It just spends all your runic power and goes to cd.Was fixed some time ago,but suddenly re-appeared again.

Confirmed .I tested it and it indeed doesn't apply the Bonestorm (since it's applied under debuffs ) when you pop AMS.
This is a video from 7.1.5 but it displays that the Bonestorm should be under buffs(0:27 He uses it and its displayed on top right corner ) not debuffs that might affect it not being applied under AMS.
