Details: (optional) i bonus rolled the head piece from demonic inquisition on normal and i got that helmet. After that i went into nighthold with that head piece beign equiped after the server crashed i lost the new helm i got from atrigan but i also lost my helm i was using before. I went into the server`s site item recovery but i could find only the helm i was using before and not the one i got from tos
