Bug description: the affix of some combination are WRONG

it's the second time when i make this topic,hopefully coco will look at it and fix this affixes

As someone else stated previously, we are not gonna have that rotation, because this patch is gonna stick around a bit longer than it did on blizz.

It wont be changed again, and no it wont be random affixes again
