[DUPLICATE] Druid questline bugged

Bug description: 1/3 portals working only rest of the 2 are bugged.

Can confirm same Issue, however I have workaround to fix. Still requires attention.

Same issue, when interacting with the portal it doesn't cast the 'close portal' spell that is tied to this quest.

Workaround:

Exit game and load back in at the portal, you can interact and cast the close portal spell as soon as you log in.
