[DUPLICATE] Paladin abilities break non-pvp players

Some of the paladin spell set can hit opposing faction players even when pvp mode is turned off, this forces the paladin into pvp mode. This has ruined multiple world quests for me due to being unable to do anything because of opposing players ganking me everytime i respawn after my abilities put me into pvp-mode without me wanting to.

I am not sure if there is already a general topic for all pvp flagging spells but please make a list of everything that causes this problem.
Just saying some spells flag pvp is not really helping.
I remember that many heal spells flagged you when casted on a pvp enabled person, for example Holy Shock and LoD

I know that for protection paladins, the blessed hammer spell will pvp flag you, i havnt determined which spells from the retribution paladin spellset is causing the issue
