[REJECTED] Mage( Arcane ) Mastery

Bug description: Arcane mage Mastery ( Mastery Savant ) clearly says that equal to half of the amount of mastery you have , arcane charges make your ability deals half of that amount , means that if you have 10% more mastery , each arcane charges should provide 5% more damage dealt with arcane spells , so when you have 4 arcane charges , your spells should dealt 4*5% = 20% more damage , tho iv tested my spells with different amount of mastery . but my spells only dealt half of the amount of mastery increased damage on my fully 4 arcane charges . not 4 * half of the amount of increased mastery . with a different of almost 12% more mastery with equal intellect and versatility , my arcane blast none crit without any buffs , dealt only 35k more . ( arcane blast none critical 705k with 30% mastery, Arcane blast none critical 740k with 42% mastery )

The easiest way to test this is to take artifact off, go punch dummy watch AB damage with 0 charges, then use charged up to get 4 charges instantly and check damage again. Testing right now but i think its working properly.

u should test with artifact, for exmp enhance shaman spell ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=187880&&&&name=maelstrom-weapon ) will get bugged when u get a new artifact trait( https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=238106&name=winds-of-change ), so u have to test it with artifact also maybe it has some problem like this.

Just in case you can test it out better , no need to even do damage . just set your mastery for example on 30% and then open spell book , and then mouse over on arcane blast , it says 73% more damage per arcane charges , then set your mastery on 42% and again go to your spell book and mouse over on arcane blast , it is now set on 76% more damage per arcane charge , so if you just think about it you have added 12% more mastery so you should have half of it as extra damage , means that 73% + ( 12% / 2 ) = 73% + 6% = 79% so we are missing 3% less increase damage per arcane charge already . check as i said and you will understand that something is wrong here .

I dont know about you dude but for me its working fine? Base increase for each arcane charge is 60% without any mastery. In the screenshot i have 44% mastery which should give 22% to that 60%. As you can see my arcane blast deals 82% increased damage per charge. Make a screenshot of your character maybe its just a bug for you.
