[COMPLETED] Lost legendary after logging out

Item Name & ID: Acherus drapes (132376)

Details: (optional) Did key and got legendary and one more item. I logged out and logged on other character to send enchants and when I got back in both items were gone. In guild news says that I got it, but it just disappeared. https://imgur.com/a/EwFD1Eg. Tried reovery, nothing there.

Legendary items can be recovered with item level 910 only.

You will have to do the quest to make it 970 item level.
