Bug description: While doing this quest you have the dmg increased by the fel energy and while attacking the bar goes from 300 to 0 if you attack a lot of mobs. But once the bar reaches 0 it replenish itself to 300. Tried to abandon and take the quest another time, consume the bar multiple times and to clear cache and retry. Nothing worked

Confirmed.

There is nothing indicating the crystal depleting, nor is it actually depleting.

Rejected, tested quest and I was able to complete it.
