[COMPLETED] Missing Legendary after logging off

Details: I logged off to switch Characters after winning the lego. I was disappointed that it wasn't something I wanted but didn't care much. After logging back on to test it out to see if it would give me any kind of boost on Dummy i realize it was missing. If I can't get the item back next lego please let the RNG choose the all Spec Ring lego.

Legendary items can be recovered with item level 910 only.

You will have to do the quest to make it 970 item level.
