Cannot right-click item in Bank inventory to move to bag inventory

This bug impacts ALL players in regards to inventory management so it should be high priority as it is VERY FRUSTRATING to deal with.

Bug description: If you have an item in your Bank inventory and you want to move it to your bag inventory by right-clicking it, it does not move. You get a message stating "The item cannot be swapped". Instead of trying to move the item to your bag inventory, it's trying to move it to the next available slot within the bank slots.

Proof: Open a bank inventory that has a few items in it, while your bag inventory has empty spaces. Right-click any of the items in the bank inventory and it does not move it to your bag inventory. Furthermore, if you move one of the items in one of the first bank inventory slots to an empty space further down, then right-click it, you will see that it just moves the item back up to one of the first empty bank inventory slots. This is not the correct function.[/u]
