Bug description: when interacting with https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=20520 they do not transform in hostile enemy, they makes the quest self completing BUT you don't get in your bags the ID card https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=31957&&name=ethereum-prisoner-i.d-tag.

PS. this is a very important quest because unlocks the chain that leads to Blade's edge mountain and can allow people to get loremaster in Blade's edge.
