Hi there

This Tuesday (5th February) I did a ToS heroic with my guild Balkanska braca and got Soulflayer's Corruption bis legendary chest for blood dk on Harjatan (third boss). After that I logged out until today (Thursday 7th February) and when I came online, the chest was gone. No other piece of gear was missing and I am 100% sure I did not delete it as I equipped the bis chest immediately after the raid. I was 928 ilvl at that point. When I logged in today I noticed my HP was very low and my item level was 867. I went on the website to recover the item but it says that there are no items to be recovered for my character Ellinna. I am not sharing my account with anyone else. In my armory you can see in the activity feed that I obtained Soulflayer's Corruption at 9.55pm from Harjatan. I hope this is not an inconvenience for you and thank you very much in advance for any help provided.

Legendary items can be recovered with item level 910 only.

You will have to do the quest to make it 970 item level.
