Bug description: Followup quest after killing Zuluhead doesnt appear, turns out it is only bugged for the "human race", since the quest works on every other race but humans.The drake just doesnt have a ! abbove his head. Confirmed by many players on the global channel. Don't just auto-reject the topic saying it "works" when it doesn't. Please look into it.
