Yesturday i got legy shoulders after we killed Elisande with my guild,i equped them and went ofline.When i came back to open weekly chest i noticed that my health are low and when i opened my eqipment i saw that my shoulders are missing.You can see from armory that i got them Yday (07.02.2019) at 05:29 pm.

Legendary items can be recovered with item level 910 only.

You will have to do the quest to make it 970 item level.
