Bug description: i am 925 ilvl dh , in my spell book the spell says it should heal me for 800k but in reality it only heal for 100k
Proof: i've took a screen of my spell and some combat log with a friend :

Here you can see i get the full heal ( the correct amount ) it is from a fight with Darkheart thicket Cats , and it is only from the Soul after i kill a cat to be precise

Which means that the mechanic doesn't work properly on everything and if it does pls provide proofs ( i might be doing something wrong if it is the case )

Just to add , i collect the souls by walking into them not using spells that consum souls like : Spirit Bomb , Soul Barrier or Soul cleave.

Rejected. There's 2 types of Soul Fragments, one's generated by Shattered Souls (Soul Fragments) and the ones generated by Shear/Fracture/Immolation Aura/Soul Carver (Lesser Soul Fragment). The first one in the picture (disregard the fact that they are crits, halve those values and you get the correct ones) is a Lesser Soul Fragment and the second one is a regular Soul Fragment. Read the tooltip on your Shear, that's where those low healing numbers are coming from.
