Bug description: roll back cause a losing items

i completed the emissary monthly quest and received (wave hammered breastplate) warforged 925 item level and i closed the char,
in next day when i logged in i found that box still there and non-opened and when i re-open it i got (cradle of anguish) 915 item level
as its appear there in imgur link .
is there is any chance to get back the old item and delete the new one ?
