Details: (optional) : i got it almost a year ago and was just upgraded it to 970ilvl about 2nd week of legion 7.2.5. i was using it last night and rarely unequip it. that is my first legend of Blood's talent legendary ring i got from M+ months ago.

Legendary items can be recovered with item level 910 only.

You will have to do the quest to make it 970 item level.
