[FIXED] [NPC] Squirrel - Phasing Issue

Bug description: Hidden from players due to the hidden spell that is being applied to them and cause them to phase to a different phase ID. Because of this players cannot see them and cannot complete the squirrel criteria for the Achievement, Pest Control. However, there are some players that managed to complete this achievement. There's only two explanations and that are they must have coincidentally ended up phasing to the same phase ID as the squirrel by something that I do not know of yet or there are some way to damage these friendly critter that shouldn't be possible to damage in the first place.

As seen in this picture above. I used Val'sharah as an example since it's easier to see the problem. According to the database, there are suppose to be total of 4 squirrels in this small area. However there's only 1 squirrel visible and representing the Wild Pet/Friendly version. The missing 3 that are neutral are phased out from this phasing aura being applied to them which should not be happening.
