Hello ,

Today i spent 50 vote points on buying the Black Quiraji Battle Tank mount from the vote shop on the website.
I did not receive any mount via in-game mail or added to my mount collection.

Please help me

It seems that the mount appeared somehow after 2 hours of waiting.

You need to fully exit the game when using vote or wow shop
