WoW Freakz spell link: procs giving instant spell casts
Bug description: Buffs that giving instant skill casts should be consumed only for instant casts. If you recive buff while casting, it should not be consumed.

It doesn't happen for Fire mage's Pyroblast. I tested it now keeping cast Pyroblast with talent that proc Hot Streak with a chance.

This was fixed a long time ago, new proc system brought the bug back. Should be fixed once again.
