[FIXED] [Love is in the Air] [Quest] A Gift for the Banshee Queen not working !

Bug description: This quest is not working for all players who passes Prestige level 2 (after finishing the quest for new Artifact appearance).

You can see here i can see quest mark in mini-map and map, but She have nothing to offer, i have quest completed as seen in my objective window.
I have tried with my friends everyone who reach prestige level 2 cannot complete it.

Main problem is i was not able to finish the achievement without this quest, all my characters who's capable of finishing the harder achievements are prestige level 2 or above.
I don't know if this is same for the Alliance players with Anduine.

Yea same here I'm prestige 4 and sylvanas doesnt have question mark on her head.
