Bug description: As you can see, the quest starts at this NPC ( https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=110768&&name=image-of-kalec ) but this NPC is not spawned anywhere.

Proof: Just scroll on the WoW Freakz quest link and you will see.
