Bug description: Shal'Aran in Suramar should be a resting area. It is best place to have hearthstone and would be nice to have better place to respec than Dalaran, which works like crap on older PCs.

How does your proof indicate that Shal'aran should be a rested area?

Provide something that either shows it as functioning as a rested area, or tell me what's supposed to show it being a rested area in that video you linked.
