Bug description: The talent is applied in pvp and works anywhere

Steps to reproduce:

Take talent as holy
Duel or engage in pvp
Stack up to 5
Leave pvp / forfeit duel
Buff stays until death or cancel

I remember seeing that too, buff only works for 1 cast and then never stacks again so you can't exploit it.
Confirmed as low priority
