How to stop the LAG spikes that occur only in Battlegrounds and Arenas?

As the title says, for the past few days, there´s been this thing going on, that the moment i step into a battleground, the WORLD latency spikes up to ridiculous amounts like 10k or so, making the gameplay impossible. It only occurs during these specific instances, as i have been pveing and doing world quests even in peak hour without any issue.
I hope you can give me a hand with this problem, as it doesnt affect everyone, but there are a lot of people i´ve asked around that have the same problem. Thanks in advance!
