[REJECTED] [Shaman] Storm Strike - deals HALF the damage it should.

Bug description: Storm Strike deals HALF the damage it should. Almost exactly 50% less. If the spell says 10k damage, you will hit for 5k.
Proof: Test in-game. Stormstrike should deal 750%(mh) + 750%(oh) damage. It attacks with both weapons dealing 750% of the both weapons damage. At the moment it deals only HALF of that. AND OFF-hand deals aditional 50% less damage. Stormstrike is a spell which does flat weapon damage multiplier by preforming attack with both weapons at once. The damage done by off hand is NOT reduced by 50% as it is when auto attacking for that attack.

Remember that stormstrike deals physical damage, which gets reduced by armor. 50% sounds too much so maybe theres a problem somewhere else but you will always deal less damage against targets with armor (like some training dummies) than what you see in tooltip because its physical damage. Maybe provide some screenshots with some numbers or else this report might not get taken seriously.

Rejected. I have 650k on tooltip and I did 440k on dummy. That's 30% less because of armor.
About off-hand; stop inventing mechanics it works as it should.
