Bug description: Stormstrike should deal 750%(mh) + 750%(oh) damage. It attacks with both weapons dealing 750% of the both weapons damage. At the moment it deals only HALF of that. AND OFF-hand deals aditional 50% less damage. Stormstrike is a spell which does flat weapon damage multiplier by preforming attack with both weapons at once. The damage done by off hand is NOT reduced by 50% as it is when auto attacking for that attack.
