Bug description: Item doesn't give buff with overlaping Death and Decay

Buff shows when you cast Death and Decay, but Blood Plague can cause cooldown to reset and another Death and Decay can be cast. When first one disappears, buff disappears with it despite having second one active.

Edit: After some more tests i found out that also buff for Heart Strike hitting 3 more targets is missing.
