Bug description: Sometimes (conditions unknown), Lesser Soul Fragments generated from Shear/Fracture/Immolation Aura, and used for healing/Soul Barrier/Spirit Bomb are autocollected when you generate them, and the tooltips on Spirit Bomb/Soul Barrier show that you have 5 fragments available at all times.
