Bug description: @Quicksand , the bug are real , i recorded him,
1. you can see in the video 85 fury , did chaos strike crit and chaotic onslaught crit , and give me back just 20 fury , probably on live it`s a wired interaction, really don`t work like intended;
2. after 4 hours of testing never chain procced and u can see in post that u rejected people saying procced in chain even 4 chaotic at row; and here never more than 1 ! They did 1 chaos strike and procced 1 , 2 ,3 ,4 chaotic , but here never happen !!

Proof for 2: look in slow motion at 1:26, he used chaos strike, and in that global chaotic onslaught proc 2 times; for me in 4 hours of testing never proc .. and people from blizz say he can proc 1,2,3,4 even more from the same chaos strike! ( how unlucky to be, because for me never happen in 4 hours ?)

Blizzard uses 500ms (aka 0.5s) ICD on the chaos strike proc, so if your chaotic onslaught happens to be in that window, it won't refund Fury indeed.

But the chain proc works, stop making bug reports about it. Proccing it twice would mean 10% of 10%, aka 1%, meaning 1 in every 100 casts. Proccing it three times happens once in every 1000 casts, proccing it 4 times happens once in every 10000 casts...
I've been testing this since like 15 minutes, already had two 2x procs.

i am at work atm, i give u a tips: if original chaos strike crit and chaotic crit also, he never return fury, i don`t think it`s related about ms .. i don`t know how your chaos strike chain because mine never happen in 4 hours... in game nime Crive .. but i can`t enter in game because i am at work ...

As I said, there is a 0.5s ICD on the refund, and chaotic onslaught usually goes off 0.5s after the main cast, so yes, there can be cases where it doesn't refund, I'll fix that. I renamed the topic to better reflect the issue

This was recorded 10 mins ago on LIVE, Felsong. It took me around 65 casts to get a double proc (i left combat at 58 casts, and Details! stopped recording my other hits, but check at 1:50.

Ok, 1 it`s clear, must be fixing, for 2 i did some more research:

2.Proc chance should be on hit not on cast - That`s the real reason that blizzard make just 1 hit of CS ! and that`s the reason for low procs compared to blizzard !

So a Main Hand can trigger any amount of Main Hand attacks (10% proc chance each) and Off Hand attacks can trigger Off Hand attacks separately for yet another 10% each?

That`s i understand from all links, must have 10% each ... now i am sure that`s the reason for blizzard put 1 hit .. it`s not just a 10% chance for 1 cast of cs should be 10% for main hand and 10% for off hand !

Okay, the previous fix was wrong, I'll explain in details

First of all:

As you can see for Annihilation and Chaos Strikes, we have
Annihilation -> Executes: 36.1, Count: 72
Chaos Strikes -> Executes: 105.5, Count: 210.8

This is completely logic, since once cast results in two hits (main + off hand).

Now if you check the same for onslaugh (both annihilation and CS), the situation is the same.
Annihilation CO -> Executes: 3.9, Count: 7.8
CS CO -> Executes: 11.7, Count: 23.4

This means each time Chaos Strike is cast, you have a chance to cast another Chaos Strike again (which will result in TWO hits again).

As you can see, Chaos Strikes should refund Fury when the OFFHAND attacks goes off, and the same condition applies for Chaotic Onslaught proc. When they process the off-hand attack, they roll for that 10%, and if it comes up as true, they schedule a chaotic_onslaught damage for it. This is also valid for Annihilation.

The next Chaotic Onslaught was at 00:01:32.805, again one cast => 4 Chaos Strike damage instances
You can go ahead and find all times where Chaotic Onslaught procced. And it ALWAYS procs in multiples of 2. It always casts both main and offhand attacks.

@DoesMyNameMatter next time please do better research. Both SIMC and Warcraft logs prove without doubt that chaos onslaughts are both main and offhand attacks.

Today I was searched on all links from the internet because i was knowing something is wrong, not just fury i felt somethink is wrong with Chaotic Onslaugh... but i never checked original post who make u did this fix:

- For god sake , xtravagant post a video with 3 hits , but if u look in slow motion the mob die before 4rd hit can land to him ... and that`s the reason for just 3 hits , 4rd hit what to acctualy hit ? a dead mob ?

- Video from DoesMyNameMatter: i was looked at 9:33 like him suggested: First 1 Mil Damage it`s from Inner Proc , Second Mil is Chaos Strike MH and 800k is Chaos Strike OH; 393k is auto atack empowered by burst, probably he think that`s the inner proc..

So it`s clear for me , was a wrong fix;

Now it`s clear how you can achive 6 hits from chaotic onslaght like on bliz .. with 0.1 chance 10% chance for 2 extra hits 1% for 4 extra hits and 0.1% for 6 extra hits .. but with actualy fix you was needed 0.0001% chance for a chain of 6 hits .. how lucky to be ... and more people from blizz said on many forums they achive that ...

Right know what`s next Quick ? If u revert fix how will be with fury ? I didn`t test nothing before the fix ... was working ok before the fix ?

If I revert the fix, you'll hit 2 times with each chaotic onslaught (which yeah, would mean 10% for 2 hits instead of 1%), and due to the refund being handled on the off-hand part (which comes way later than the main hand), that 500ms window from the ICD will allow CO to propelry refund Fury without exceptions. Only thing I have to do is to make Inner Demons not proc with it, which might sound like a nerf, but due to Inner Demons having RPPM, it doesn't actually matter if you cast 20 chaos strikes in a minute, or 2500, cause the RPPM will moderate the proc rate, that's why it's called Real Procs Per minute
