Bug description: It seems like it doesn't apply the 8% damage boost to Stormstrike.
Proof: After checking the numbers and multipliers of the official WoW from various streamers and YT videos of the 7.2.5 patch, there was a 8% difference between their Stormstrike scaling and wow-Freakz one. After some testing It always rounded to 8% less. I am not sure if Hammer-Of-Storms increases the tooltip number on Stormstrike as it passively increases its damage. But there is something wrong either the talent or something else. Since the scaling of 750% weapon damage MH +half of that for off hand, matches the Skill damage I have right now. And learning the talent didn't change that number at all. Please check.
