Unstuck character stuck in a scenario

Sir/Ma'am,
I have an alt Demon Hunter & as I was questing "Champions of the Legionfall" in the DH scenario I was compelled to enter an RDF as it popped up. When I got the dungeon done the quest giver in the scenario was nowhere to be found. I tried to abandon the quest so that I could restart it but it says "you cannot abandon the quest". Is there anything else that I can do in order to restart the instance?

Create a ticket ingame requesting a GM to re-add the quest to your log and you should be able to progress further.
