Bug description: I went into scarlet monastary and once load screen was done my blood spec artefact sword Maw of the damned vanished. As in gone form my inventory. It has 3 x 955 relics in it. I tried the recovery option on website, it shows as recoverable so I know the item been lost, but when I try to recover it I just get the notification that item recovery is currently offline.
