Bug description: Speed bonus is lower than should be . In my case , i have 1.92sec on lunar strike when whispers proc (51 %cast speed ) 1.92x51:100 =0.97sec and i have 1.27sec cast speed , that is 33.86 % speed increase (1.27 x100 :1.92=66.14 % , 100-66,14 =33,86 ).

Can confirm that [FIXED] [Item] Whispers in the Dark high bonus , it's only the + cast speed that was fixed and not the - cast speed.

Proc trinket, notice green buff = 51% but after notice that red part = -49%.
