[FIXED] [Legendary][Druid] Aman'Thul's Wisdom

Bug description: This legendary only extends Rejuvenation's (https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=774 (wowhead link)) duration when the target has recievet this buff and he had 100% hp.
After the target loses his HP and recreives again heal to 100% hp, this legendary doesn't extend Rejuvenations duration even if Aman'Thuls Wisdom didn't extended to full +9 sec.

so basically when target got dmg and he was heal to full HP shoulders extended duration 3tick in 3 sec so 9 sec total.

In 7.2 mechanic was changed - now it works not only when casted on full health, but every time when heals full health target.
