Bug description: I tried to do this quest for the legendary 4 times now, I never got the item to drop. In comparison, the related quest that happens in Neltharion's Lair dropped the quest item in the first run. The group was set as party NOT raid and I've tried multiple mythic difficulties, first m0 then m2, m5 and m9 lastly. The item never dropped, I tried everything on wowhead, clicked the loot chest.
Proof: Please help!

Did that on Mythic but not raid and got the item.
