Bleed Sin vs Poison Sin

Playin Poison Sin right now but wondering...
i'd like to get your opinions bout both Sin specs.
Which one gives better output in dmg/dps?
Which is more forgiving due to running/moving?
What stats are benficial to which spec and what valued (eg. Mastery at 120% on poison)
Is Hemo viable while picking bleed spec (Hemo + Exsanguinate)

I've honestly only ever seen assa rogues playing the bleed build (hemo + exsang) in pvp, mostly bgs for fun purposes. In pve, I believe the poison spec is the only viable one, but I haven't really tested bleeds out on freakz (mainly due to how high I've stacked mastery, knowing poisons are just simply better). The bleed spec relies less on mastery and more on crit (order is crit > versa => mastery if I remember correctly, double check me on this). If you are low on mastery, then going bleed build will probably dish out same (or even better) numbers than poisons. People picking exsang + hemo in e.g. bgs do it for the extra burst button, on top of the other two you already have (vendetta/kingsbane)

When it comes to dps downtime due to mechanics, assa should be great no matter the spec, that's just how it works.

Since i set up this topic i have tested bleed spec PvE, because i am only 75% on Mastery.
Elaborate Planning + Nightstalker + Exsanguinate
And i must addmit i do more dmg/dps with bleed right now.
Of course i am low for now because only 869 and no leggos, but still. I will test it further in pve (since i always wanted to play sth nobody plays...every class..literally)
As for now i can say i really enjoy this spec an also can quickly jump into pvp with such stats.
