Bug description:
Hi!

The following quest [Fisherman's Tonic] is bugged if you complete it.
The quest doesn't provide the champion with the new Skill {Draught of Seawalking}

Question:
1. If it will be fixed, will the champion (who completed the mission) receive the reward afterward? (It's really useful)
2. What do I have to do to receive it, if I already completed the mission?
