Bug description: Item already been fixed and with equiped hands works corectly, but if you change legendaries to other hands buff is permanent.

Confirmed, with the hands equipped it works fine and the buff gets consumed, but if you switch the legendary hands out for something else (or just leave the hands slot open) the buff is permanent - doesn't get consumed and empowers every Fiery Brand.
