[REJECTED] Bug for "Legionfall Supplies"

Bug description: I can't complet this Q "Legionfall Supplies" i have 1000 warr supplies , the buildings are at 54% in construction and i'cant contribute for the buildings (you can see in the pictures below)

I tried several times to give up Quest and take it again, I deleted the cookies from the site, I deleted the cache folder many times and nothing.Please help me i do not know what to do next.

I posted this bug several times, and every time you give me Reject to the ad.Please tell me why you still reject my request??
If i'm wrong with something in post tell me, But I can tell you for sure it's a problem with chaine Q"legionfall Supplies".If you want more proof,you can tell me and i can give you.

You can't contribute supplies till you're at the quest Begin Construction, before which you need to complete the quest Legionfall Supplies.

I see that you have the quest Legionfall Supplies and 1k resources. You might have to somehow "drop" your resources (till you're under the quest requirement) and then get back up to the requirement in order for the quest to be completed.

looks like he will need GM intervention as there is no way to spend these resources other than the quest to donate them..

Thank you for the answer, the problem is that i do not have what to spend the resources, i can not throw them and i can not delete them. So it's a problem. How do I solve it?
